Ostrea is the result of an upholstery project/challenge I took part in during spring 2010 at the Danish Design School. Ostrea was named winner of the competition on the 7th of April last year in the City Hall of Copenhagen. The challenge was an initiative from the Upholstery Guild in Copenhagen who celebrated 550 years in 2010.
